Why should you listen to me?  Because I'm an imposter DM too.  I know what it's like to show up to a session unsure whether you've planned enough... I also know what it's like to show up KNOWING you haven't planned enough.  It's okay, you can salvage it no matter how bad it gets.  Take a breath, compose yourself, and let's start some triage.
